Processing of personal data collected through the indicative compensation estimate tool.
Purpose and legal basis
Data collected via the indicative calculator is processed to provide the requested estimate and to contact the user about their legal situation. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Data collected
Full name, email, phone, optional case description, technical parameters (damage type, age, invalidity %, disability days, family relation), timestamp, IP address, user agent.
Retention period
Maximum 24 months from first contact, unless legal obligations or the professional mandate require longer retention. Thereafter: deletion or anonymisation.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (Art. 15-22 GDPR). Requests to studio@studiolegalebadrane.com.
Processors
SMTP service for automatic email delivery (external processor, Art. 28 GDPR). The wa.me link is a redirect operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy. No commercial tracking services used.
