Kaoutar Badrane is the Founding Attorney of Studio Legale Internazionale Badrane, which she established to provide qualified legal assistance in international disputes, compensation and the protection of rights in complex legal contexts. For over fifteen years she has practised law at both national and international level, assisting individuals, families and businesses in high-value civil proceedings with international elements.
A member of the Rome Bar, she has developed specific expertise in managing disputes involving different legal systems — particularly between Italy, North African countries and the Arab world — grounded in European legal training, direct language proficiency in Italian, French and Arabic, and concrete knowledge of local practice. She is an expert in comparative international law and anti-discrimination law and is a C.A.I. Arbitrator.
In Italy since 1988 and a native Arabic and Italian speaker, she is a member of the European and International Law Commission and the author of the book “The Family Code in Morocco”. A speaker at national and international conferences, she is the founder and President of AGAMI and coordinates a network of professionals and consultants in Italy, Morocco, North Africa and Europe.
